Why does my tracking show “No information available”?

Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Very fast delivery, I’m super satisfied. I received my product and immediately started to use it. I wanted something that I can use for a day trip I have planned. This set of phone camera lenses is absolutely mind-blowing! I have been lugging a very heavy Nikon DSLR camera for years on our backpacking and road trips. With these high-powered quality lenses for my cell phone, I no longer have to carry my bulky camera and still have high definition pictures. The clarity of my pictures when using these lenses are also stellar with zero distortion. The 8x zoom telephoto lens that I can use for concerts as well. This lens is great. I didn't think the telephoto lens would work very well but I was wrong. as you can see from the building that I took a picture of, you can clearly see the street number "200" but the next picture is the same picture without the lens. Without the telephoto lens you cant even really tell that there are numbers. I am terrible at taking pictures (as you can see) but I am trying to learn more. It was a little hard at the beginning to get things into focus but if you follow all the directions the pictures turn out great! Overall I would recommend this HD8x Zoom to a friend!
My phone takes pretty good pictures and it even lets me zoom in pretty far, but the digital zoom on my phone always comes with a blur or a grainy picture. I bought this Zoom for the telephoto lens hoping that it would give me better quality. It really does! The optical zoom with the lens not only increases the zoom capabilities, but the quality is much, much better and a shot taken using the phone with lens is amazingly better than the same shot taken with just the phone.
Works great. I’m impressed! The telephoto lens brings far away photos in really close. See the pictures. The telephoto lens has a focus adjustment ring. You can also use the telephoto lens separately as a telescope when you attach the rubber eye piece.
I have to say that for the price, I’m pretty impressed with these. I bought them because I was teaching a summer class on digital photography — specifically using cell phones — to high school students. I wanted them to show them different types of lenses and the kind of accessories available for them to improve their photography. The zoom lens goes pretty far but you’re going to get some distortion and purple artifacts around the edges of things in your photo. But that happens with all cheap lens and I didn’t expect this to compete with a good zoom lens.
This is the most amazing gift I've ever bought myself. I use this DAILY for taking pictures of everfything in my yard. It has a surprisingly good distance range. I have a Galaxy s8 and its perfect for that. I love this. Everyone is getting one for Christmas!
got this product because I was going to be taking photos of an abandoned hospital and didn’t want to lug my regular digital camera. I am so glad I got this, it’s so easy to use and the photos come out amazing. The zoom feature works without any grain or blur on the photos. If your into photography and sometimes just don’t want to lug your camera, I would recommend this lens kit. It’s super lightweight and compact which makes it so easy to always have on you. I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely recommend this to my friends.
I have to admit, I was skeptical this was anything more than a toy, but I'm actually pretty impressed with the results. It's a bit difficult to get perfectly centered over the phone lens, but once it is in place, and the bracket is tightened up, it stays. Came in a nice box!

Ok I’m a photography enthusiast and thought hey I’ll buy this just for fun. After I’ve used it for a while I can definitely say that I have grossly underestimated its capabilities. The quality is perfect!
If you are really serious about taking good photos with your phone, it helps to get some additional lenses. And while these are not professional quality, they are fun and you can get some good photos with them.
My girlfriend loves using these with her iPhone. She had a clip from another lens set and set up the two lenses she used the most so she could quickly swap the lenses depending on what she was photographing. The little case is great as it protects the lenses when not in use and she doesn't need to worry about them getting damaged inside her pack.
Touch hard to line up just right to view
I was unsure of this after I ordered and watched YouTube videos on this product, but, once I received it and used it, I was very please and reassured by my choice. I got the lens specifically to take photos of the moon. It's not high end photography worthy, but for me and my small projects, I can not complain! I am using it on my Samsung 8+
I purchased to take photos of birds while birding. You are going to get the quality of a expensive camera lens. The lens take some practice to get the hang of, but can be very effective. Again, very pleased with the lens, especially for the price.
I like how it brings objects closer to me. It is nice it took a few minutes to focus you have to use zoom on your phone camera to bring the picture into full screen otherwise you will have a round picture. And you really need to have a steady hand or use the tripod otherwise your telephoto pics will be very shaky. It does allow you to take great photos.
This concept and product is AMAZING!!! The pictures are incredible and now I'm able to get my pictures when my daughter is dancing on the 50 yard line without having to tote a huge bag and camera (if the stadium allows the bag at all).
You have to have a very steady hand to use.
Granted your actual picture quality will vary depending on what phone you actually use (I have an iPhone XS which is quite powerful) and I wouldn't expect someone to film full length movies with this or something. But for YouTube, Vlogging, Home video, and university projects where normally you'd need a half-decent camera this is absolutely perfect and will save you hundreds of dollars!
We purchased this for our Iceland Trip and it came in absolutely perfect! I am not exactly the picture fanatic my beautiful fiancé is but she is in to photography and knows more about it.
Still learning but the smaller lenses seem to be easier to align than the 18x for the iPhone X. I may just need to work with the clip position a little more But it is neat how it zooms in on objects in the distance
So far, I've used this only with my cell phone. But I plan to try it out with my Kindle Fire. It looks like it will be very useful on those days when using my digital camera isn't convenient for close up, or telephoto shots.
Everything is perfect! I bought this zoom lens in the hopes that I could use my phone with night mode to get pictures of the moon and it totally worked! The case, lens clip and lenses are all well made and function well.
Tough to get it focused and usable
Easy to use, (I have poor eyesight and I can place them appropriately on my camera lens). I haven't tried vlogging with them yet, but see where these would be awesome in the field I am in!
I love the zoom on the telescope attachments, but make sure your subject is far enough away when you’re taking pictures. It is a bit on the heavy side, so make sure you have a good grip on your phone.
Purchased for use with cell phone as an added option when traveling. Practiced using the different lenses prior to the trip and was able to capture some great long-range photos across a lake of some eagles feeding on the sandy shore of the lake.

l got this for my husband who loves taking pictures with his phone. He has no ability to figure out the simplist gadgets! I am not much help...but this came and he took it out of the box, clipped it on his camera, and started taking of everything! Now l have to have one for my phone!
With practice it can be put on ovine pretty fast. I use it over a case. The zoom is good. But you need a very steady hand or a tripod for clear pictures. I used it on a recent trip and got some good images with zoom, Tripod and remote clicker
