Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some locations that we are unable to ship to. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
Why does my tracking show “No information available”?
Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after a shipment has been dispatched. If your tracking information has still not updated after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days, excluding our 1–3 business day processing time.
- You receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
- You change your mind and wish to return an unused item. Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Hassle-Free Returns
We do not charge return or restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
We may be unable to issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to circumstances within your control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Your order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as customs delays or natural disasters.
Refund requests relating to non-delivery should be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed 45-day delivery period has expired. Please contact us through our Contact Us page.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited, depending on your payment provider.

Second time buying cloth books for my niece because she loved the first set! These books are fun and safe for little toddler, and it's interesting to play with. I liked the fine details of this set of cloth book, everything were well made and put together. My niece can't read yet so she's just enjoying the tails as toys, and I'm sure she can enjoy it a different way when she learns to read. Bright color and soft to the touch!
I purchased this as a gift and will probably have to get one for my own baby due in a few months. The pages are crinkly and the tails add interest. It also comes with a Velcro loop to hang from a bag or stroller making it a nice little accessory to keep little ones entertained. While this is a book, I wouldn't say its bedtime story appropriate. It's more like a toy. I can see little ones flipping through it on their own or for mom or dad to read and flip through for tummy time or other play time.
Purchased this as a gift for a family member's infant and he ABSOLUTELY LOVES this book! He's teething and his mom says it's one of his favorite teething toys! I can't speak from experience but this was a wonderful baby gift!

My daughter really likes her black and white books but this is by far her favourite. She is fascinated by the tails and is now really starting to grab hold of them as her coordination develops.
We received this as a gift and our baby has loved it since he was three months old. It was his first soft book and he learned to turn pages with it. He's now five months old and starting to play more with the individual tails. Still a favorite!
