Why does my tracking show “No information available”?
Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after a shipment has been dispatched. If your tracking information has still not updated after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Cancellation

This actually works way better than I thought anything ever would! I've always had problems with clogged pores. Even now at 36, while my skincare regimen is better than ever, I still have had to really work at keeping my pores as clean as possible. I've been curious about these for years, and I am so glad I finally took the leap! Just one treatment has left my pores TOTALLY clean - cleaner than I've seen them in my entire life. No oil, no sebum, no dirt. It was also amazing seeing how much it sucked out! Thankfully it uses a small filter over the suction cup to prevent the device from sucking everything in. Cleaning the tips is as easy as dropping them into hot soapy water for a soak, then rinsing them and drying them. All the attachments work really well. So far my favorite is the exfoliating tip, which combines suction with microdermabrasion to get everything including dead skin. Seriously, right now I'm wondering what I'm going to do with all my clay and charcoal masks because this tool totally invalidates them. Best beauty buy of my year so far.
The tool works efficiently to deliver quality services leaving the skin smooth and soft. It has three adjustable strength levels so that you can easily adjust the unit to fit different skin areas. Besides this, the unit also allows for easy recharge thanks to the USB charging system. Will remove all blackheads, but please read manual first to learn proper use because I pushed hard on one part of my nose and it got redness marks. However, it got vanished away in a few days. I do steam, use Sephora pore opening cream and then suction it. More interestingly, it features up to four functional heads that will suit all types of skins. Due to the powerful suction system, the unit is very effective as it gets rid of even the stubborn blackheads.
So where do I get started... This isn't a pretty topic to talk about, but one that we need to talk about in general. Hygiene is good, upgraded hygiene is even better! A family member has very, uhm active pores, is a nice way of putting it, and was used to spending hours a week staring at a mirror doing what you do to blackheads. Picked this bad boy and now, a few minutes on the couch and the whole process is almost exciting now. You can choose from a set of different heads (with different levels of suction) for blackhead eradication action or attach the silver microdermabrasion head to lightly scrub your face. You can select the type of skin you have to fine tune the suctions level. Then cover the blackhead with this, press the button, and enjoy the fact that your pore is being vacuumed :) Once you are done, detach the head, clean it (hygiene is good) and you're done!
I have tried different blackhead remover tools in the past with very poor results. This little gadget was just what I needed. I suffer from blackheads and acne across my nose and cheeks primarily and occasionally on my chin. The first time I used it I didn't read the directions and it didn't work at all. After going back and following the directions it worked like a charm. I primarily use if after a hot shower and it is very effective. I use the skin exfoliating probe first, then use the blackhead remover tip and the blackheads are removed very easily. I would definitely recommend this tool to anyone who suffers from blackheads and has trouble extracting them with just your hands or a washcloth.
I love this!!! I have combination skin and have been through all different kinds of skincare from high end to drug store. I use this when I get out of the shower so my skin is soften and after 2 weeks I noticed my pores be coming smaller and the breakouts on my chin (pimples under the skin) reducing as well! We usually buy pore strips and decided to pay a bit more for a tool for this. Cool lighting feature to highlight areas that need attention. Did a really good job of cleaning out clogged pores. Suction is really strong, but does not irritate sensitive skin. This was a good choice for us because of sensitive skin/sulfate allergies that can make it hard to use chemically based pore treatments.
The product looks very nice and handy. It has different heads and different modes to use to clean the skin. I used it on the nose and jaw. And it can really take out clogged oil and some blackheads. But don’t use it on the same area too long, because it can make the area red because of its strong suck.
I LOVE this product and have recommended it to my closest friends. The price is great, it comes with four different heads which all work great for different purposes. My personal favorite is the smallest one because it can get into the creases around your nose so easily. Suction is strong but does not damage skin. I have very soft and sensitive skin so I feared it would leave marks but it has helped clean my pores and prevent any further break outs.
Ladies/Gents, this product is a must! With quarantine and sheltering in place, this is the next best thing to a facial. I use This product after a bath and while my pores are soft. Cleaned out my pores! Tip: just to gently!

I was a little skeptical at first, but I was happily surprised as soon as I started working with the device. it's not as sturdy as other brands and instructions are in Chinese only, but thanks to google translate I got the hang of it. 100% recommended.

I just got mine last night, so I had to try it immediately after I showered. I still need to get the hang of if, but it definitely worked on my nose pores. I tried it on my forehead but was not successful in extracting anything. I will try again after using a hot compress though. Nice packaging, device is light, easy to handle and the suction is very powerful.

This is decent and sucking out some stuff from pores, but needs some time and effort. Don't put too much strength on the same spot, otherwise might leave a mark.
