Yes. We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some locations that we are unable to ship to. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
Why does my tracking show “No information available”?
Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after a shipment has been dispatched. If your tracking information has still not updated after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days, excluding our 1–3 business day processing time.
- You receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
- You change your mind and wish to return an unused item. Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Hassle-Free Returns
We do not charge return or restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
We may be unable to issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to circumstances within your control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Your order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as customs delays or natural disasters.
Refund requests relating to non-delivery should be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed 45-day delivery period has expired. Please contact us through our Contact Us page.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited, depending on your payment provider.

The pre-programed animations are very slow, can’t speed up, but some are cool. The Custom option is good. Though when the typed message slides across the LED screen at max speed it still looks like medium speed.

You Can Save Customized Drawings. Thats cool. Connection via Bluetooth is super simple, there is an app specially designed for that cap.

Good quality fun party hat with fast delivery. Works great love the open customization app used for custom logo editing.
The issue for me is the app. App also uses alot of permissions sooooo it might seem a tad spy like. I never allow anything to the new apps, so not sure if I will play with the cap.
Easy to charge and actually surpsisingly comfortable to wear, especially considering there is a battery pack and led panel on your head.
