Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some locations that we are unable to ship to. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
Why does my tracking show “No information available”?
Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after a shipment has been dispatched. If your tracking information has still not updated after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days, excluding our 1–3 business day processing time.
- You receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
- You change your mind and wish to return an unused item. Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Hassle-Free Returns
We do not charge return or restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
We may be unable to issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to circumstances within your control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Your order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as customs delays or natural disasters.
Refund requests relating to non-delivery should be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed 45-day delivery period has expired. Please contact us through our Contact Us page.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited, depending on your payment provider.

I started taking this with me when I'm delivering in my car. I bring a bottle of water to refill it and just let it run. Typically with the air blowing in my face in my car in Texas, it bothers my nose and dries out my nasal passages. I love the convenience of using this in the car to fix that. It's small so it fits in my cup holder. The fact that it changes colors makes it look really nice in the car, especially at night. And you can use any micro USB cable to power it in the car. But it comes with one so you won't have to find one. Perfect for what I needed it for.
Gotta love how portable, very light and small enough to place anywhere and easy to use. I really like the nightlight capable and multi-colored switch. It is definitely quiet and compact. The instructions are easy to read. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it’s so small that I have to refill it every night wishing it could have been bigger to hold more water and a rechargeable option. It is great for kids and adults as well as gift giving and use for travel.
Was a little worried this wouldn’t fit in my cup holder but it fits perfectly (Audi A3). Works well in both modes, continuous and every 3 seconds. Possible to change the light to off, white or multicoloured.
Love it. It’s small enough to put anywhere and not be in the way. The colours are really pretty. 2 modes so not continuously spraying. Very happy with my purchase.
Exactly as in the picture, has about a 4 hour time before it needs to be refilled ... easy to maintain and there is no noise whatsoever at all. The only thing is I wish it was a little bit bigger otherwise it’s perfect!
