Yes. We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some locations that we are unable to ship to. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
Why does my tracking show “No information available”?
Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after a shipment has been dispatched. If your tracking information has still not updated after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds & Returns

- You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days, excluding our 1–3 business day processing time.
- You receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
- You change your mind and wish to return an unused item. Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge return or restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
We may be unable to issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to circumstances within your control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Your order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as customs delays or natural disasters.
Refund requests relating to non-delivery should be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed 45-day delivery period has expired. Please contact us through our Contact Us page.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited, depending on your payment provider.

I always have trouble opening pop-top cans and twisting caps that have the stupid security seal on it, and I used bottle opener or knife on the. And I don't have much space in the kitchen, so wanted something small and multi-functional. And I found it. The opener seems durable and super easy to clean. It's a dream come true for me.
This tool is pretty amazing! I use it constantly!! It made breaking down boxes with glued flaps super easy and pain free, it's fast and easy to open bags, you can open all kinds of jars and bottles, etc. Good purchase.
I mainly got it to open the jelly jars after they become too sticky and kinda glued together. But it might be used for like a hinderd different things, and I like it.

It's not suitable for really big lids, like oversize mason jars. I managed to open the pliers very wide, but then it wasn't powerful enough to unscrew the lid.
Some printed instruction would be helpful, to make clear all the ways that these openers may be used. Other than that, it's okay.
