Yes. We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some locations that we are unable to ship to. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
Why does my tracking show “No information available”?
Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after a shipment has been dispatched. If your tracking information has still not updated after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days, excluding our 1–3 business day processing time.
- You receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
- You change your mind and wish to return an unused item. Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Hassle-Free Returns
We do not charge return or restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
We may be unable to issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to circumstances within your control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Your order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as customs delays or natural disasters.
Refund requests relating to non-delivery should be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed 45-day delivery period has expired. Please contact us through our Contact Us page.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited, depending on your payment provider.

So easy to use. Just open the jar and set out where you have an odor problem. I don’t use scented things at all I.e dish soap, hand soap, detergent so the fragrance is a little bothersome. But for the results I got, well, it’s worth it. I’m using It by my fireplace hearth. A rodent has managed to get inside the hearth, and it’s nesting grasses are making my family room smell musty. I sure don’t want to tear out the hearth, and so I’m glad I found out about this gel freshener.
The lily scent is VERY strong in the first 24 hours. I actually hid it in a closet under some blankets after first opening it so the intense smell wouldn't permeate the whole upstairs. But once the intensity had died down a bit, I moved it into the main room I was hoping to treat, and it has made a huge difference! The valley lily smell is very subtle and pleasant now; it almost has a minty quality, cool in the nostrils. Overall, I'd definitely recommend-- just make sure you store it away when you first open it, because it's pretty overpowering at first.

The lily smells amazing. It's really strong when it's first opened but the smell eventually fades away. It leaves a very subtle scent behind. This product takes away all of the nasty odors. This works great for stale hallways and dog odors. This really hides the smell of urine and poop.
Purchased as a gift but have used before personally as well. Scent isn’t overpowering, its light and smells natural not like chemicals. The lily scent is very pleasant if you are looking for an odor eliminator with a little extra smell good.
I have been using this product for years. I am a Realtor and will place this in homes when stale smelling and it helps a lot. I have not used the Valley Lily yet, but though it might be a nice touch.
