Yes. We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some locations that we are unable to ship to. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
Why does my tracking show “No information available”?
Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after a shipment has been dispatched. If your tracking information has still not updated after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days, excluding our 1–3 business day processing time.
- You receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
- You change your mind and wish to return an unused item. Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Hassle-Free Returns
We do not charge return or restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
We may be unable to issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to circumstances within your control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Your order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as customs delays or natural disasters.
Refund requests relating to non-delivery should be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed 45-day delivery period has expired. Please contact us through our Contact Us page.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited, depending on your payment provider.

I really like this product, it’s a bit different from regular air fresheners but in a good way. It has this gel balm in it that gives off a nice scent, so I believe it will last longer. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.
Love this stuff!! I've purchased it a few times now and will as long as they are available. I have one in each of our vehicles at all times. I'm very particular when it comes to smells, and I have a very sensitive sense of smell. These work perfectly for keeping my car smelling fresh. They really do eliminate all types of odors (I was skeptical at first) and also have their own very pleasant minty smell. Can't go wrong with these!
Great stuff. Yes, have used it before. It is in every bathroom, bedroom, closet. laundry room, a/c closet and my car as well. Thinking about putting one in my garage. And they last for a long time. Contemplated tying one around my neck, but restrained myself LOL That might have been overkill
It does have a very nice minty smell, makes it feel really fresh in the car, but we weren’t that satisfied with the distributing part. The smell only reaches the front part of the car. But find a solution though. If you put it close to the vent, the scent will reach the back too. Or you could just use two at the time, idk.
It’s so cute!!! The color is exactly like in the pictures, very gentle pastel blue. The smell is also great, PLUS it absorbs some unpleasant smells from the car, amazing!!
