Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some locations that we are unable to ship to. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
Why does my tracking show “No information available”?
Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after a shipment has been dispatched. If your tracking information has still not updated after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of turbowheel.store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Doing small, fun thing to your car like adding a decorative air vents, you can turn your grandma lookin' car into a sporty, tacky car. The adhesive is VERY strong, and it looks amazing on my old Elantra.
Good looking product with the carbon fiber invitation from plastic. Worth the money but make sure your surface is cleaned with alcohol before applying the 3M tape.

Absolute show stopper! This thing adds horsepower and style the other cars can only dream of. I wish the back adhesives were a bit stronger.

It sticks well if you use a hairdryer or heat gun before applying. Just be sure not to melt the purple glue. Curved surfaces won't work that well but I found a pretty flat spot and it's been on firm for a few weeks so far.
