Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some locations that we are unable to ship to. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
Why does my tracking show “No information available”?
Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after a shipment has been dispatched. If your tracking information has still not updated after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days, excluding our 1–3 business day processing time.
- You receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
- You change your mind and wish to return an unused item. Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Hassle-Free Returns
We do not charge return or restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
We may be unable to issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to circumstances within your control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Your order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as customs delays or natural disasters.
Refund requests relating to non-delivery should be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed 45-day delivery period has expired. Please contact us through our Contact Us page.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited, depending on your payment provider.

It turned out to be a lot harder than I thought to find a little clock this small that would fit on the dash of my husband's VW Baja Bug he refurbished. The original clock stopped working so he wanted a replacement. This clock fits just right on the dash of "the bug". My husband usually returns EVERYTHING I get him for a gift but he was pretty happy with this clock...go figure!?!? It's pretty small!!! We don't drive the car much at night so it didn't really matter much to us if it doesn't show up at night time really well. It does but it is "faint". I couldn't find any clocks this size that does a good job illuminating at night time.
Have had this clock on my bike for a couple months now. It works in intense heat and rain! After a pressure washing, I thought this clock was toast, but nope, it dried out and started ticking again. Just had to be reset. Again after getting caught in a torrential downpour, it got a little foggy, but was dry and ticking again within hours. It has withstood almost a thousand miles and a relocation (same adhesive) with no problems and the adhesive didn’t leave a mark anywhere.
Bought this for my new Buick Encore, which replaced my larger Buick Envision that came equipped with a similar clock on the dashboard that was visible whether the car was turned on or off. I missed not being able to see the time when I first got in the car after shopping unless I turned the car on. This does the trick. Also not as distracting to see when I'm driving.
My digital clock died and I like to know the time so I found this little clock and purchased it. It's absolutely perfect.. small, very easy to read, and accurate. Just what I was looking for.
I love that this fits perfectly where I need it in my vehicle. I love how sharp it looks. I think I'm going to really like it. Time will tell if it holds up in the heat and cold.

Difficult to read at night. Only glows for less than 2 min after being hit with a light source.
