Do you provide tracking information?

Why does my tracking show “No information available”?
Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after a shipment has been dispatched. If your tracking information has still not updated after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Cancellation

- You change your mind and wish to return an unused item. Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We may be unable to issue a refund if:

Just opened it up today and I love it already! So the main reason why I got it is because I am asthmatic and my nebulizer is sooo loud. I have two kids so if I use it at night it will most defiantly wake them up. I know this isn’t the purpose for it but I tried it out and it was amazing.
The facial product keep my face moisture. It is very light-weighted. One thing that I want to mention is when you are using this product make sure there’s no water left in the small container. Or else the water is going to be leak out. Overall, it is a good product.

OMG, this works exactly as described. Strong cool mist comes out almost instantly (after connecting, pressing power button, and sliding the cover on front). OK, may be the usb cord is too short. But that's no big deal. Large 30 ml cup capacity. Now I need to come up with ideas what to spray besides water. yes, the skin does feel moisturized with water mist.
This mister is very useful i had put a little of essential oils and some times use it as perfume because I love the smell of oils and I also tried to put a little of alcohol to use it as hand sanitizer my hands or anything is a multiple use gadget also it refreshes you in this hot days
Works really well. Super small and can fit in purse or pocket. Runs for 10 mins straight on full blast, but will last a couple hours at a beach or sporting event if you just use it as needed, but easily refillable if you need more.
I purchased this item as a gift to my SO and she absolutely loves it. In the past, she has purchased similar products but the durability just wasn't present but with this product it feels as if it will last forever. It gives off the perfect amount of mist with the simple touch of a button. My lady has used it since she received it and has yet to charge it once!! Overall the quality is phenomenal and I am extremely satisfied.
Works great!! I would buy this product again! I have been using it as a facial mister but you could also put liquid sanitizer in it an just use it as a mist sanitizer to disinfect items like your phone, keys, credit cards, etc.
