Yes. We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some locations that we are unable to ship to. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.

Do you provide tracking information?

Why does my tracking show “No information available”?
Tracking information can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after a shipment has been dispatched. If your tracking information has still not updated after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will all my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days, excluding our 1–3 business day processing time.
- You receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
- You change your mind and wish to return an unused item. Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Hassle-Free Returns
We do not charge return or restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
We may be unable to issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to circumstances within your control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Your order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as customs delays or natural disasters.
Refund requests relating to non-delivery should be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed 45-day delivery period has expired. Please contact us through our Contact Us page.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited, depending on your payment provider.

After releasing him from his tiny prison, our lil guy INSTANTLY inflated into the happy blob that you see in the picture. Hes extremely soft and my fiance has made him her buddy for binge-watching Netflix. Would totally recommend 👍

This is the cutest thing. I bought this for myself for my 21st birthday cause corona virus has me doing some crazy stuff. I do not regret buying this big guy he is so soft I use him as an arm rest sometimes, I don’t really use him as a head pillow cause he is a bit too large for that.

Product was okay. Face was a bit smudged as shown in other reviews. I couldn't locate size dimensions when ordering and though a medium might be big enough for my cat but smaller than a standard pillow; I guessed wrong. The medium size, despite price difference, is smaller than a standard throw pillow.
